Crisis Response

Unfortunately I do not have the resources available to me to provide crisis support or immediate assistance in emergencies, that is if you require immediate support or feel unsafe because you are experiencing self-harm or suicidal thoughts.

If you need immediate help or your life is in danger, contact 000

If you are in crisis or having difficulty coping you can also present at your local hospital emergency department

To access immediate psychiatric support contact the CAT team (Crisis assessment and management team) in your local area: https://www.healthdirect.gov.au/crisis-management

The CAT responds to urgent requests to help people in mental health crisis 8am-10pm, 7 days a week (1300721927).
A mental health crisis may include: a psychotic episode, self-harm, feeling suicidal, and/or feeling out of control.

In Victoria, please click on the following link for a list of Mental Health and Crisis services available in your local area
